Salon Policies

Reservations & Cancellations

Salon services require a deposit of $40 to secure your appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of a percentage of the service total. For a "no show", your credit card will automatically be charged for the full value of services. 


If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We also recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.


We love children, but we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no entourage may accompany you while you are having a service. We ask that all clients remain in the waiting area until your stylist calls you to be serviced Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Jewelry & Personal Items

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.

Special Considerations

Please notify your stylist when booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all before or during your service, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your stylist immediately.

No Pets

Sorry, but by Texas state law, no pets are allowed in a salon.

Forms of Payment

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.


Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is $15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity!


All products and services are non-refundable.
